When will I get my check-in instructions?

    Check-in instructions are sent 3 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, so long as our three requirements have been met.                                                      1) A paid balance     2) Valid government photo ID     3) A signed rental agreement on file

**Although you may have completed these 3 requirements long before your stay, you will not receive your check-in instructions until 3 days prior to your check-in date. Please do not wait to submit this information.
